Coaching Staff



Giovanni Guidetti was born in the Modena/Italy on September 20 1972. He started to coaching for the first time at the age of 22 in Volley 2000 Spezzano which was the team in his hometown and showing the success of being promoted to the top league of Italy together with this team in 1997. On that year Guiedetti awarded as the "Coach of the Year". He served as the vice coach of Italian National Team between the years of 1997 and 2000 and took part in 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

After that year Giovanni, worked in USA for about one year, then returned to Italy and served as the head coach of Vicenza, Reggio Emilia, Modena and Chieri teams respectively. With Chieri he won the 2005 Top Teams Cup.

He worked with Bulgarian National Team during the 2003 European Chamionship. Between 2006 and 2014 Gioavanni Guidetti led German National Team and won bronze medal at 2009 World Grand Prix, silver medals at 2011 and 2013 CEV European Championship, gold medal at 2013 CEV European League. In 2015 he started to work with the Netherlands National Team and won silver medal at 2015 CEV European Championship and they became champion of the 2015 World Grand Prix 2nd Group. Guidetti and the Netherlands National Team were also participated in 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Giovanni Guidetti is working for Turkish Women National Team as head coach since January 2017.

Dehri Can Dehrioğlu, born in 1988, İstanbul, played volleyball at Arçelik, Maltepe University, Marmara College, Beşiktaş and İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye. He started coaching at VakıfBank in 2009 after active volleyball career. He worked for youth teams, The Youth Academy and A Team Statistics. Dehri Can Dehrioğlu, who worked as assistant trainer for the Japanese team Denso last season, still works as assistant to Giovanni Guidetti in our Turkish Women National Team.



Saim Pakkan, born in 1989, İstanbul, played volleyball at Arçelik and Beşiktaş teams. Pakkan is still studying at Marmara University Training Department. He has worked for Konya Ereğli Belediyesi Spor Kulübü between 2008 and 2010 as assistant coach, then he spent three years at Fenerbahçe as statistician and trainer. Before he has joined to VakıfBank in 2015, he worked at Yeşilyurt for two seasons.

Saim Pakkan is also currently working for Turkish National Team as trainer.



Ahmet Erşimşek, born in 1992, graduated from Haliç University, BESYO in 2015.

He played volleyball at Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Bahçelievler Belediyesi and Okyanus Koleji.He started coaching at VakıfBank Sports Club. He played volleyball for Bahçelievler between 2012-2014 and he played for Okyanus College between 2014-2016. He still works at VakıfBank Sports Club since 2016.



Fikret Ceylan was born in Zonguldak on 1991, he graduate from Marmara University School of physical education and sports-volleyball branch .

Ceylan started sports when he was 10 and he started being volleyball coach after played volleyball for 10 years He has been working at VakıfBank Sports Club since 2016-2017.



Fatih Yagci was born on 1983 in Istanbul. Yağcı graduated of Marmara University, BESYO (School of Physical Education and Sports) Coaching Training Department. He still continues his master's degree in Health Sciences Department of the same university, serves as Statistics Coach of VakıfBank Senior Team since 2007. He also continues to serve as Statistics Coach of various age groups of Turkish national teams.



Giovanni Miale, born in 1977, Taranto/Italy, has graduated from University of Urbino. He worked for Italian clubs Gioaia Del Dolle, Prisma Taranto, Gabeca Montichiari and Modena. Then he became a member of Assesco Resovia (Poland), Gabeca Monza (Russia) and Jastrzebski Weigel (Poland).

Miale, has also worked for Slovakia National Team (2008), Italy National Team (2009-2010) and Poland National Team (2011-2013). From 2014 he is working for Turkish Men National Team.

Giovanni Miale has won gold medal at 2008 European League with Slovakia; silver medal at 2011 World Cup, bronze medal at 2011 World League and gold medal at 2012 World League with Poland. He has also won bronze medal at 2013 CEV Champions League with Jastrzebski Weigel.
Miale joined to VakıfBank in 2015 and won a silver medal at 2016 CEV Champions League and gold medal at 2016 Turkish League.



Sabri Erdoğan was born in 1977 in Sivas, has been working for VakıfBank Senior Team for 10 years. Being a Marmara University Physical Education and Sports Academy graduate, he has worked at Bakırköyspor Football Team in 1999, at Med Physiotheraphy and Rehabilitation Center in 2000, at Yeşilyurt Sports Club Women’s Volleyball Team between the years of 2000-2006, at Turkey Women’s National Volleyball Team between 2004-2007. Erdoğan is married with a child.



Georgi Vasiley Bivolarski who was born in 08.10.1989. He worked 3 year as therapist for Bulgarian National Team- Mens and for womens Rugby team in Austria. He is working with Turkey Women's Volleyball National Team since 2017 and VakıfBank Sports Club since 2017-2018 season.
