Deniz Uyanık, born on June 25, 2001, is a middle blocker. She began her professional volleyball career with Beylikdüzü, playing there from 2018 to 2021. In the 2021-2022 season, she moved to Edremit Belediyesi Altınoluk. Deniz then joined Nilüfer Belediyespor, where she played during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons. Ahead of the 2024-2025 season, she signed with VakıfBank.
In 2024, after progressing through various youth categories, Deniz was called up to the senior national team and become part of the extended squad for the Volleyball Nations League (VNL).
