Kiera Van Ryk, born on January 6, 1999, in New Westminster, Canada, began her collegiate career at the University of British Columbia from 2017 to 2019. She made her European debut in the 2019-2020 season with the Italian team Zanetti Bergamo. Following that, she played for the Polish team DevelopRes SkyRes Rzeszów in the 2020-2021 season. Van Ryk then spent three seasons with Türk Hava Yolları (THY) in the Turkish Sultanlar League. Ahead of the 2024-2025 season, she joined VakıfBank.
Since 2018, Kiera Van Ryk has also been a member of the Canadian National Team.
